Software for Swiss pharmacies

Rosters, absences and cover — organised in one suite.

Pharma Suite is the software for independent pharmacies: a monthly shift calendar with minimum coverage rules, replacement requests and cantonal holidays — plus an assistant that answers your questions from the user manual and cites its sources.

No commitment — we show you the suite in a personal demo.

The problem

A morning at the pharmacy

  1. 06:45A colleague calls in sick. Today's roster has a gap.
  2. 08:00Who can cover? You call, write, and do the math — while the pharmacy keeps running.
  3. 11:30Does the day meet minimum coverage? The answer is in the rules, not the calendar.
  4. 14:00A cantonal holiday is coming. Which rules apply to your pharmacy?
  5. 19:30Next week is waiting — absences, holidays, and open requests.

Pharma Suite takes those calculations off your hands. The decisions stay yours — the suite shows you what applies.

Pharma Plan

The roster for your pharmacy

Pharma Plan is the module for planning shifts. The monthly calendar shows what is scheduled — and what is missing.

  • Monthly shift calendar with drag & drop assignment
  • Monthly plan: generate, annotate, lock
  • Printable view of the monthly plan
  • Minimum coverage rules, checked right in the calendar
  • Replacement requests to the team
  • Availability: standard and additional
  • Absences, including half-days
  • Cantonal holidays and school holidays
  • Staff records
  • Training: creates the absence automatically

Pharma Assistant

Answers with sources

The assistant answers from the suite's user manual. Every answer points to its source as [document#section] — and when the manual does not contain the answer, it says so instead of inventing one.

  • Cites every source as [document#section]
  • Says so when the manual has no answer
  • No access to your pharmacy's data: no shifts, no staff, no patients
  • No pharmacological information — not a substitute for specialist literature
  • Does not keep conversations
Pharma Assistant answers a question about finding a stand-in and names its source in the user manual for each step.
A question for Pharma Assistant — the answer carries its own sources.

The Suite

The rest of the Suite

Four more applications complete Pharma Plan — each with clear limits.

Vax Check

Helps review vaccination data: analyses with PDF export, saved only on your explicit command.

The analysis follows no inspectable rule — the result comes from an external model.

Triage

Advisory support, non-binding. No diagnosis, no prescription — does not replace the specialist.

MediCheck

Checks the completeness of the medication list and matching ATC class.

MediCheck does not check interactions. It saves nothing: the session stays in the browser.

Communication

Platform announcements and support requests in one place, inside the suite.

The clinical apps ask for no identifying patient data — labels remain non-identifying.

Switzerland

Built for Switzerland

  • Cantonal holidays from an external service
  • School holidays by canton
  • User manual in four languages: EN, DE, FR, IT
  • Multilingual interface
  • Data isolated per pharmacy: multi-tenant architecture with Row Level Security
